This page sets out the conditions for cancelling your ZeroRecall (zerorecall.ai) subscription and for refunds. Payment is collected by Creem as Merchant of Record, so refunds are also processed through that channel.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your Monitor subscription at any time, without giving a reason.
- Once cancelled, the service stays open until the end of the period you already paid for; automatic renewal stops at that point.
- To cancel: write to hello@zerorecall.ai or cancel from your account settings.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date your subscription starts, without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal notice to hello@zerorecall.ai.
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply if performance of the service began with your explicit consent before the 14-day period expired. Even where that exception applies, the voluntary refund policy below is applied anyway.
Our voluntary refund policy
Beyond what the law requires, if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days we refund the first period's fee unconditionally. Having already used the service does not disqualify you. The goal is that you should not have to pay before you are sure the product is useful to you.
Scoped one-time engagements
For a one-time Erasure Audit or Enterprise engagement, the same 14-day voluntary refund applies from the date the engagement is booked and paid, provided audit work against your systems has not yet started. Once probing against your live surfaces has begun at your request, work already performed is non-refundable, and any unused, unstarted scope is refunded.
When a refund is not given
- For subscription periods beyond the first 14 days, there is no retroactive refund; the subscription simply stops at the end of the current period.
- If an account is closed for breach of the Terms of Service, the fee for the unused remainder of the current period is refunded, but fees for periods before the breach are not.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of the request being accepted, using the same payment method and currency as the original charge. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear in your account. Because refunds are processed through Creem, the confirmation email may come from that channel.
Disputes
Where you qualify as a consumer under Turkish law, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights available under your local law.
