Committed before the result was known

Every self-run audit writes a row here first: a target fingerprint, the protocol version, and a hash committing to the exact probe set, before the run happens and before anyone sees the outcome. A run that never completes does not disappear. It stays here, open, unexplained. Nothing here says who ran it; the target fingerprint and probe commitment are hashes, not names.
