These terms govern your use of the ZeroRecall service (Astro Tasarım Simay Yenice). By using the service you accept these terms.
Scope and limits of the service
ZeroRecall tests the observed behavior of data subject to an erasure request across AI surfaces (chat, RAG, vector DB) and produces a signed evidence file. The service reports behavioral observations; it does not guarantee permanent removal from model weightsand it is not legal advice. The final legal assessment belongs to your qualified counsel.
Authorized use (important)
You may audit only systems you are authorized to audit: your own systems or systems for which you hold explicit permission. Unauthorized auditing of third-party systems (unauthorized access, penetration testing) is prohibited and any resulting liability belongs to the user.
Your responsibilities
- Holding the necessary authorization and legal basis for the audit targets and connector access you provide.
- Providing connector secrets (API keys, DSNs) accurately and securely.
- Not presenting evidence files in a misleading way; using them together with integrity-seal verification.
Data protection roles
For personal data that may appear in your audit targets, canaries and connector configuration, you are the controller and Astro Tasarım Simay Yenice acts as your processor, on your documented instructions and solely to run the audit you requested. This relationship, including security measures, sub-processor use and data deletion at termination, is set out in the Data Processing Agreement; the infrastructure providers we use are listed on the Sub-processors page. For your account data (name, email, organization), Astro Tasarım Simay Yenice is the controller, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Astro Tasarım Simay Yenice does not represent that audit results guarantee any specific legal outcome and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for indirect damages.
Payment
On paid plans, payment is collected by Creem acting as Merchant of Record; invoicing and tax obligations are subject to their terms.
